1. Overview

Social BeeCats ("the App", "we", "us") is a private business tool operated by Trầm Hương Mộc Thủy. It allows our authorized customer-service staff to manage and respond to messages and comments from the Facebook Pages our business owns or manages, from a single place, so that no customer inquiry is missed. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App accesses, how we use it, and how it is protected.

2. Who Uses This App

The App is an internal business CRM. Access is restricted to authenticated employees of our company through a secure login. It is not a public consumer product and does not offer public sign-up.

3. Information We Access

Through the official Facebook Graph API, and only for Pages we own or manage, the App may access:

• Page content & insights — posts, reach, views, follower counts and engagement metrics of our own Pages.
• Comments — comments left by users on our Pages' posts, including the commenter's name, the comment text and timestamp, so our staff can read and reply.
• Messages — conversations sent by users to our Pages' inboxes (once approved), so our staff can respond to customer inquiries.
• Page access tokens — encrypted tokens that authorize the App to act on behalf of our Pages.

We do not collect personal data from Pages we do not own or manage, and we do not access users' private profiles beyond the public name attached to a comment or message they send to our Pages.

4. How We Use the Information

• To display incoming comments and messages to our customer-service staff in one dashboard.
• To reply to, hide, or moderate comments and to answer customer messages.
• To measure our own Pages' performance (analytics) and detect fast-growing ("viral") content.
• To draft suggested replies that our staff review before sending.

We never use the data for advertising to third parties, and we never sell it.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any data accessed through the App with third parties. Data is used solely by our internal staff for the customer-service purposes described above.

6. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored on a private, access-controlled server.
• Page and system access tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Access to the App requires authenticated login; only authorized employees can sign in.
• All traffic is served over HTTPS.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain comment and message data only as long as needed for customer service and record-keeping. You may request deletion of data associated with you at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions or email us at the address below. We will remove the requested data from our systems.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data we hold about your interactions with our Pages. Contact us and we will respond promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
