Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

Social BeeCats ("the App") is an internal business tool operated by Trầm Hương Mộc Thủy. By accessing the App, authorized users agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Use

The App is provided solely for authorized employees to manage the Facebook Pages owned or managed by our business — including publishing content, viewing analytics, and reading and responding to comments and messages. Any other use is prohibited.

3. Accounts & Access

Access requires a valid company account and authentication. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity under their account.

4. Compliance with Facebook Platform Policies

The App uses the Facebook Graph API and complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only access data for Pages we own or manage, and we use it only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Conduct

Users agree not to use the App to send spam, harass users, post unlawful content, or violate any applicable law or platform policy. Replies and content must respect the rights of Page audiences.

6. Data

Handling of data accessed through the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

7. Availability & Changes

The App is provided "as is" for internal use. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
